Trenches gives you the chance to head a unique army. For you get to play the role of a British army commander and have got soldiers with different arsenals each to defend your own people. It is basically a tower defense game. The game has a twist, for unlike the real World War 1, on which this game is designed, you have to combat with murderous Huns. You get to collect your arms for your army as you go on crossing the levels. You get to deal with weapons like machine gunners, artillery, mustard gas – but to start with you just have one man listening to your orders – a single rifleman.

The game allows for multiple strategies for moving forward, and awards you quite satisfactorily. The so called German army is all geared up to stop your advancement, so dare to keep moving forward. you need to be able to move the camera ahead so you can see the oncoming German assault and to move your troops effectively. In order to play this game, either tilt your phone or touch the sky on the map. It is 2D like the Mario games and worth playing!
